Dating In Stardew Valley

You have been moving through Stardew Valley, tending to your farm, and suddenly, you find yourself hitting it off with someone special. You hit that area of 8 hearts with a potential partner.

Next thing you know, Pierre, the local store guy, drops you a message. He’s got these bouquets for 200 gold each because it’s time to upgrade your friendship game.

Pierre reveals everything, “If you want to show someone that you’re romantically interested, you’ve got to give them one of my beautiful flower bouquets.”

It’s not just about the flowers; it’s an investment in your virtual love life. So, you grab a bouquet from Pierre and hand it over to your potential partner.

By doing this, your friendship will be unlocked. Their status in your Social tab changes to “boyfriend” or “girlfriend,” and the friendship train keeps along.

Plus, you’re quite the romantic because you can give bouquets to as many candidates as you want, no limits. But if you’re bold and spreading bouquets, be cautious.

There’s this Group Heart event that may stir up a little drama. Your potential partners may give you the “cold shoulder” for a week. So, play it cool and choose your bouquet recipients wisely in the game.

Proposing Marriage In Stardew Valley

You’ve been making connections in Stardew Valley, and now you find yourself with 10 hearts with someone special. The next day, Mayor Lewis slides you a letter, giving you the lowdown on marriage.

He’s like, “If you’re thinking of popping the question, grab yourself a ‘Mermaid’s Pendant.’ It’s a tradition here, and everyone gets it.” So, where do you find this pendant?

You can meet the Old Mariner, the guy by the tidal pools on the beach, but catch him on a rainy day. In Winter, if it’s not raining, you’ll need a Rain Totem to summon him.

However, there’s no pendant shopping unless your farmhouse got an upgrade and you’re using 10 hearts with your potential spouse.

The Old Mariner won’t just hand it over to anyone, you have to drop 5,000 gold, and the pendant is yours. This is a game-changer.

Give this pendant to your special someone, and the calendar marks the day with a Mermaid’s Pendant icon, counting down to your Stardew Valley wedding.
